This was my very first rig, it was built with 3/4 inch MDF board using plans that I bought from Ricmotech. 

(💡Tip) The rig was fairly easy to put together, just make sure that there aren’t any wrinkles in the paper when sticking the full-sized plans onto the sheet of MDF/Plyboard, otherwise you may end up with inaccurate measurements.
